Here’s your half-hour rest sesh! Enjoy some snuggles with a pillow or bolster - whatever you’ve got handy - and give your nervous system a little reset.

Start the day in the center.

Just under 30 minutes of cross referencing for the day - so you can stand on your feet and put yourself in the middle. See the future, be in the present, respect the past.

Seeking balance.

Libra season brought an idea - can we find grounding in balancing? Yes, yes we can. Just a half hour of seeing equality between the two.

Your go-to morning practice.

One hour of oiling the Tin Man! You get a gentle awakening, following by salutations, lunges, twists, hip openers, standing balance & forward folding. All you need to get it all moving.

End of day practice.

Something kind for your bod and your mind. Do this at the end of the day.
