After a quick call to get a solid understanding of what you envision for your retreat, I get to work on suggestions for locations & timing. Once we have that pinned down, I use my knowledge of local culture & relevant offerings to create an itinerary that your guests are sure to love. In this pitch, you’ll also receive a proposed budget and per-person cost, which includes my fee as coordinator.

As an additional part of my service as coordinator, I have a secure payment processor built into my website, and can accept and track your retreaters’ deposits and payments for the upcoming retreat. I can also send welcome emails, payment reminders and useful materials like packing lists and FAQ’s to guests. This gives you the freedom to focus on sales & marketing, leaving the logistics up to me.

I will personally attend your retreat to ensure that everything within the itinerary goes as planned. It’s important to have someone behind the scenes so that you can show up and do your magic as retreat leader. Set your mind at ease knowing that a professional is handling the particulars.

After your retreat, I will send a comprehensive survey to each guest to obtain feedback about the overall experience, location, inclusive items and accommodations, retreat format & content, and any other requested data points. This feedback will be compiled and presented to you within 30 days of the retreat end date.
